Professional and gave us a very helpful inspection report. We left feeling confident in his findings and knowing what to ask before buying our home.
Doesn’t go up the roof to inspect the roof personally but used a drone to view and missed humps in the roof. After 2 months in our new home we encountered new faucet leaks, drafts and gaps that allow mice to enter our home. These could have been prevented if it was inspected properly. None of these were on our report.
Bill has been my go to Home Inspector for probably 10 years now. I have total confidence that he is going to do a full and thorough home inspection.
