Mr Nash was very thurough. He pointed out several items that we would not have known to look for. He walked the property and explained his findings and what should be done to fix them.

Professional and gave us a very helpful inspection report. We left feeling confident in his findings and knowing what to ask before buying our home.
Doesn’t go up the roof to inspect the roof personally but used a drone to view and missed humps in the roof. After 2 months in our new home we encountered new faucet leaks, drafts and gaps that allow mice to enter our home. These could have been prevented if it was inspected properly. None of these were on our report.
