We had a sub par experience here. There was definitely a lack of communication between broker and title company. We were told a specific date and promised over and over again that we would close on that date. So we planned our lives around that. When we called th title company they had no idea about a request for an earlier date than what was stated in contract. We felt blown off as if our concerns were not important.
