Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this title company. The lack of communication was unacceptable from start to finish. We were never notified of a closing date change and only found out after arriving at the office, where staff could not even tell us what the next steps were or when the closing would actually occur. They failed to properly review the paperwork with us and never disclosed that my relative listed on the deed was required to be present, which caused an unnecessary and stressful delay in closing. Terrible experience. They did not disclose important details and failed to return calls. Milagros did a poor job handling multiple transactions.
Terrible experience and complete lack of communication. I was listed on the deed and was never informed that my presence was required for the closing. Because of this failure, the closing was delayed unnecessarily, causing stress, inconvenience, and disruption that could have been easily avoided with proper communication. This is basic, standard information that a title company should clearly explain well in advance.
