So many issues all around from office hours to email error and waiting until the last second to confirm important details that could of been done a week earlier.. after buying and selling over 50 homes — worst escrow experience by far from start to finish
Severely lacking professionalism. Constantly pushing to close early. Sending important documents at 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. asking them to be signed by the end of the business day just before a weekend. Obvious personal relationship between sellers realtor and Title clerk. Signing and resigning documents already sent due to unorganization. Title clerk literally never answered their phone.
