I run a big retail business in the area, and the employee's at this title company are horrible with fixes and corrections. Nothing has ever been fixed/corrected in a timely manner, so much that they have been suspended with us. Good luck if you choose to use them.
WORST OF THE WORST I recently closed on my house and had an awful experience with Melissa Moses. Melissa is the worst escrow officer one can hope for. She is very rude to her clients. She blatantly told me not to call her outside of her working hours because "my office is now closed" even if there is a pressing issue. She belittled my concern and was short with her response. I had a simple cash real estate sale & they screwed it up! They picked at a minute detail that became a sore then picking at until it bled uncontrollably finally hemorrhaged into a mortal wound. Eventually my buyer walked as disgusted with their performance as I was! My sale is gone & I get to start over. Where's my justice? Avoid at all costs!
Horrible service. They were unprepared, so they can railroad customers into extra fees. Unprofessional, flippant attitude.
I have closed at many title companies in town but closing with this office was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone in this office was helpful, professional and 100% on top of their game. They made the entire process easy for me and my clients- even when we hit a few bumps in the road with the 3rd party lender; this title company even helped smooth that out! I first closed with the Fidelity Higgins & Shurtz team a few years ago and I was overwhelmingly impressed. Sure-I have had "good" closings at other local offices but never have I had anyone title office so on top of things and so professional and friendly. The most incompetent business I have ever done business with. If you are buying a house in Las Vegas please save yourself a headache and hassle by choosing a different Title company. By law; The buyer has the choice of title insurance companies. If your bank insists that you use Fidelity National Title, tell them NO or find another bank too.
I always use Amex when shopping. I just pay it off at the end
