Would never use them again even if the buyer insisted on it. Priscilla Padilla specifically made this entire company look like they've never closed on a house before. Not only is she extremely rude, but the paperwork for the close was messed up multiple times, which caused a tight deadline to become even tighter. Rude as can be.
This office just allowed a seller to cancel a contract without me, the buyer, agreeing. When confronted, their response was to just sue them.
I would give zero stars if I could they wired $5k ceased earnest back to a buyer that failed to close and after causing us to get screwed out of $5k they proceed to tell me that I needed to lawyer up to dig myself out of a situation Fidelity National Title put me in. Jodi didn't respond, marcela blew the whole thing, and the paralegal susan sucks. anyone having an issue with my review feel free to reach out I have legally binding contracts and receipts to back my mouth up.
