I would give zero stars if I could they wired $5k ceased earnest back to a buyer that failed to close and after causing us to get screwed out of $5k they proceed to tell me that I needed to lawyer up to dig myself out of a situation Fidelity National Title put me in. Jodi didn't respond, marcela blew the whole thing, and the paralegal susan sucks. anyone having an issue with my review feel free to reach out I have legally binding contracts and receipts to back my mouth up.

I have been involved in many real estate transactions and dealt with a number of different title agencies in the valley. This was by far my worst experience. My escrow officer, Stephanie Logue, would not answer my calls, but would email me minutes later. Annoying. There were mistakes with the HOA checks which delayed the transfer with the HOA records that took over a month to sort out after closing… I sent several emails following up with no response. I will be steering clear of Fidelity Title for any future transactions.
