During the closing of our house, this title office was nothing but problematic for us. They were always difficult to get ahold and when we left messages to call us back they wouldn't for days. Seriously if you can work with a different title office, do it. Anything could be better.

Our experience with Fidelity is the worst we've ever had. Totally incompetent people who won't call you back. The rest of the group just helps covering each others mistakes. After six months the title to our house, that we paid cash for, is still unclear. The people behind the title insurance, of deny everything, forcing us to seek an outside arrorney.
As a local home sales professional I count on an amazing team to help assist seller's and buyer's escrow and title needs. The sales rep, Pete Dawson, is world class and the Escrow Team is top notch at Fidelity.
