Great and easy to work with
I closed three times in the area with my properties. I would say this title company is the worst. They did not send wire instructions until 4 PM the day before closing. They did only after my agent called. With my tight schedules, I could not drop everything and go to the bank and do the transfer within an hour window before the bank closes.
