Over the last 50 years we have bought and sold over 20 homes. This has to be the worst Title company we have dealt with. You have to constantly drive the process Not a single phone call to say we are here to help you. If you have any questions , please call us. Scheduled the signing of the documents before we got to review them. Cannot believe they expect you to sign legal documents when you see them for the first time.
