I recently worked with Harry and his team on the buyer's side of a transaction, and they were fantastic to work with. Everything was handled in a timely manner, signing was scheduled early to acommodate for any issues, and the entire team remained responsive and communicative throughout.
Fidelity National refuses to provide IRS tax forms by the 1/31 deadline and refuses to email them even after 1/31 so that I can file my taxes in a timely matter. Horrible customer service and no regard to other people who are actually trying to meet IRS deadlines. As if all the stress and delays they caused during the sale of a house isn’t bad enough they continue to to be unprofessional.
