I just got off a phone call with one of the staff regarding pricing. Unfortunately, the staff member was very aggressive and spoke in a rude manner without any reason. This behavior is unprofessional and not the way customer service should be provided.

What a great title company, maybe because the manager is awesome. Had a very cool and easy closing, also very professional and knowledgeable closer. Not rushed, Deanne Cooper was very patient and helpful, went above and beyond customer service and great at problem solving. Yeah, that’s why she is the manager at the Northbrook office, I had a great experience!
