Worst experience ever. Gave them 3 weeks for a Cash transaction. Both realtors said we were set to close on time. Poor communication from Georgina the whole time. Unanswered emails. No effort on her part to explain anything till the 11th hour. Night before closing our realtor says all we need is funds and signatures. On the day of closing at 3:30 Georgina suddenly decides she needs more information. Seems we were nowhere near closing. Had to change all our plans.
