I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING. Even though I closed my home buying Sep. 2023, but my home insurance policy is still voided because they sent the check to the wrong insurance company. (Dec. 2023) The escrow agent has been doing nothing but saying that the insurance company has my money over and over even though that insurance company doesn't have my policy. I have to pay double for the home insurance to reactivate the policy. They're just in a hurry to not be responsible for this problem. I'm so so much disappo... read more
During the home buying process, a check for escrow was needed. Fidelity has great options for getting the money to them through digital means... I couldn't get it done on my device, most likely due too personal fire walls. But was able to drive the check into them. They are very helpful in any situation. A good team environment.
