HORRIBLE COMPANY. They have messed up EVERY step of the process of utilizing them to close on a house. Didnt have anything in their system for me to pay my earnest deposit, i had to call for the directions, then provided me incorrect information on amount owed before closing, signing agent was HORRIBLE (fought with the realtor), then misspelled my name on the deed.
