Just closed on a property. Very satisfied! The team was very responsive and professional!! Highly recommend Charlie and his team!
We closed (sellers side) with them in November 2023. I’m writing this in April of 2024 as we received delinquency notices that the school taxes were not paid and we were incurring late fees. I reached out to Daisy and assumed it was probably just an error as taxes are paid out of our escrow when we sell as is standard. To our horror she told us that they didn’t deduct it from our selling profits as the bill hadn’t generated.
