I received an email advertisement for Fidelity Life and followed the link. While looking at the online quote, I received a phone call from them, which impressed me. The person was personable and professional. I answered a couple basic questions and was transferred to an agent for price quotes. That person was again, very personable and even enjoyable to talk with- this earned my trust and favor. They deducted money from my bank account when all I had requested was a quote for a policy. They created several bank overdrafts that I have to pay out of my own pocket. Trying to deal with them over the phone they are extremely rude, the customer service reps I have spoken to lied to me about policy and are making it very difficult to get a refund on a policy I never wanted. Was disappointed with phone contact. After response to my inquiry.I said I would like a quote in writing. Gentleman stated " Well then we are done here. And ended call. Thought it was very unprofessional.

My father passed away with a whole life insurance policy and was worth over 50,000.00 and they will only pay out 20,000.00. I was told 50,000.00 and 18 hours later 20,000.00 I will be calling US Security and exchange commission. After all I have gone through now this as stated by them in an ad An irrevocable life insurance policy may provide heirs to settle the estate

I have just received six spams from Fidelity. The spams comes right out and state this is an ad and to contact the spammer in California to be removed. Seems like Fidelity contracted out to this CA outfit as everything in the spam is all Fidelity. From reading the spams the spammer has nothing to gain as everything in the spam is directly related to Fidelity so he must get paid by Fidelity. I had lost my job 3 days after taking a life insurance policy with this company. As of today 01/18/2019, I had called them again which is my 6th call into them. Each time I had spoken to different people and had to go through everything from start to finish. Today’s call was to confirm that my policy is closed, however after getting my mail I received a new bill dated on the 10th which is after my last confirmation that my policy is canceled. ****** **** ********* was a total bait and switch. They offered this really attractive life insurance rate right off the bat, understanding that it is contingent upon a medical exam. I completed the medical exam, my weight and height were EXACTLY as described, my BPI was regular and I answered the same questions as I did on my initial application. Sincerely, Fidelity Life Association I was not Refu fed my money , after I requested a cancellation, i mever had a Physical or Policy Number just pre- applicants. Very Unrelistic Response. **** * **** **** **** **** **** ******** ** ***** ****** ***** ******** ****** ************************
