Today was my first experience with Fidelity century city branch and I found nothing but first class service. The initial person was on top of my concerns and brought a senior advisor to discuss my portfolio. I feel confident that my choice to find this investment house was thru finding that there are no more traditional banks that are authorizing madellions in order to have shares transferred. Thank you Fidelity for being in service since 1940.
Fidelity needs to get it together. After being told over the phone that I can only make an employer contribution for a Roth self-employed 401(k) in person, I make the drive to the branch. After waiting 30 minutes and being told the check is being deposited, they come back and tell me you can only make an employee contribution for such an account but not employer. Nice office with a friendly staff. I was initially concerned about parking but was happy to learn that Fidelity validated my parking so there was no charge. It is a convenient location, easy to get to and from.
