This has nothing to do with the DC office, but Fidelity in general. I am an options trader, and Fidelity, with all their money and power, cannot seem to find the resources to invest in compute power. You never know where you stand during the day on an options trade. They refresh their portfolio balances in the middle of the night. During the day, they use the options BID price for the balance display. I find this totally unacceptable. It is 2026!!! Get it together, people.
Called Fidelity investments today was able to talk to Andre he did a great job explaining all information, knowledge and professional easy to talk to and was able to get all my questions answered. Pleasant customer service experience Thank you !!
This office employs incompetent amateurs who have no idea what financial advice to give. RUN do not walk… RUN away from this office unless you want to lose money.
