It's always a great, friendly, and helpful place. They're far better than banks for savings accounts also.
This illogical company with zero compassion refused to lift a hold on a lowsy $100, after it'd been deposited for 7 days. I was very clear I was at the Cancer Treatment Center (City of Hope now) and needed the funds to pay a medical bill so I could get my chemo treatment completed as scheduled. Absolutely zero help from Fidelity to get access to my money market funds. Minor request regardless of my brain cancer but they didn't care either way. Terrible.
