I really hate that I’m forced to use this company. They are so difficult to deal with . All I’m trying to do is rollover my damn 401k and it’s been such a hassle!! I’ve never had to deal with so much incompetence it’s ridiculous!!

These people are terrible the fraud team sucks. You try to turn in paperwork and etc they need and they keep wanting more before releasing the money to you it’s ridiculous you see the information yall need what else could you possibly want

Horrible Company. All I wanted to do was close my account 5 years ago, still have my information locked into their system and unwilling to completely delete my info. Unbelievable

This illogical company with zero compassion refused to lift a hold on a lowsy $100, after it'd been deposited for 7 days. I was very clear I was at the Cancer Treatment Center (City of Hope now) and needed the funds to pay a medical bill so I could get my chemo treatment completed as scheduled. Absolutely zero help from Fidelity to get access to my money market funds. Minor request regardless of my brain cancer but they didn't care either way. Terrible.
