website terrible. No way to do a normal bank transfer to investment accoutn
Awesome bank use them for everything
This is why I use Ameriprise. You can’t easily speak to someone in the Cincinnati office. You call their number and you play “push the buttons” for 10 minutes and then have to speak to someone on the East coast. Then they have to transfer you to the Cincinnati based office where no one answers the phone. Terrible.
Long process but friendly people
They FINALLY came through with a letter that arrived in the mail. Thank you!
