My father passed away and I have been going through probate court. Got everything finalized and done. And now Fidelity is holding up their feet on getting the check passed on to the family. So if I was you guys, and if you are investing with Fidelity, you might want to think about it, because they make it almost impossible for you and your family from getting any monetary left behind!
If anyone actually reads this i want to say how absolutely horrible this company truly is they've have had two checks of mine for over since months now and are so unacommidating that im not sure if i will ever get my money and it is due to there internal structure and system not allowing them to do simple transactions
was having trouble transferring from the previous financial institution. Nicole L. consistently went above and beyond to assist in getting the transfer completed & and she had both pleasant & professional manners throughout the entire proceedings as well.
Worst customer support. The attitude of the employees like Jonathan is beyond words. Unfortunately, I have to use their service. They are holding my hard earned money.
