Arrogance combined with stupidity.They act like they are all that.When you need something accomplished they screw it up, due to the fact that they don't listen.They never accept or admit fault. They have my parents retirement account held hostage due to their policies, greed,arrogance and lack of a moral compass.My parents have a tax penalty because (in)fidelity didn't pay them their minimum MANDATORY Distribution. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My father passed away and I have been going through probate court. Got everything finalized and done. And now Fidelity is holding up their feet on getting the check passed on to the family. So if I was you guys, and if you are investing with Fidelity, you might want to think about it, because they make it almost impossible for you and your family from getting any monetary left behind!
