Horribly unempathetic and unhelpful when I lost both my parents within several weeks time and needed financial assistance. Rude annd obnoxious and the only way I finished my transaction was through the 800#. I’ve had an account for 30 years. Worst experience ever.
I opened an account and closed it within a month because my advisor was so obnoxious. At our first meeting, he looked at my transfer account for about 4 seconds and told me that all my investments were wrong--all this without asking me about my investment goals or risk tolerance. Plus a very poor sales pitch about his management services.

Pathetic customer service. All that I requested was to get hard copies of my tax forms. Promised over a month ago but no delivery. Then spent over 45 minutes on hold during a follow-up call. For a big organization, their customer service is extremely bad. I recommend going with T. Rowe Price as they are much more efficient and professional.
