If I could give negative stars I would. I've been a customer for 20+ years. My mom died 3 weeks ago. The executor closed out her checking account and gave me a cashiers check for $20k. I hurried to the MV branch to deposit the check into my account. I was in a rush and forgot my ID. There seemed to be a problem with the check. It couldn't be processed by ACH.
