great service Shout out to Nick!
I have been with Fidelity since 1979. They have been good to me. I use their trading platform and if I need to see someone in person I can drive to one of their offices.
Jayson only wanted to push commissioned fidelity products. He lost interest when I wanted to explore other investments.
Worst customer service. No one returns calls when they say they will. Account reps do not respond or respond whenever they want to with no explanation as to the delayed response. Even when we attempt to speak to branch manager we do not get a response in a timely manner.
They were helpful for getting a 529 plan check wired to a university. They don't try to control your asset allocation like some of the investment advisors I have had.
