Por mi experiencia ,le puedo decir que he llamado muchas veces y muchos hablan en ingl�s y me han dicho que no saben espa�ol y me cuelgan . Luego finalmente logras hablar con alguna persona y dicen que ellos solo saben de 401 k y que no saben de IRA que deber�a pasarme con otro departamento,en fin que te complican algo tan sencillo ,estoy tratando de pasar mi dinero con ellos a un IRA y se me est�n quitando los deseos .ya que hacer un rollover ,es decir todo mi dinero en sus manos ,pero su customer service es bien malo .y co... read more
