Mariana provided exceptional care and service. I recently had to conduct a complicated transaction and was helped by Mariana. She was recommended by a contact of mine and she lived up to the high recommendation. She took all the necessary time and attention needed to address my issue which she handled with patience and competence.
I want to clarify that this review is not directed at the Coral Gables office or its local staff. My concern is with Fidelity as a company and the way my issue was handled through customer service and corporate communication. After changing employers and switching from weekly to biweekly pay, I personally updated my automatic contribution settings to avoid overdrafting my bank account.
