Very bad experience dealing with the Branch manager and the one of the staff members in Providence. Needed to complete a simple task and it turned into weeks of forms and emails and the task is still not completed. Also the company is very sales oriented by pushing investors into managed accounts and annuities that come with high fees. Fidelity 500 and other low cost high performing funds are never recommended.
