Colt with Fidelity Investments here at the local office helped squeeze us in under a tax deadline for some small business 401k contributions. We were able to meet the deadline thanks to him tirelessly working to get out account created and funded, just in the nick of time. We could not be more grateful. Zero stars. Locked my account for no reason (and will not even provide me with an explanation) and are making me jump through 10 million unreasonable hoops to get my money.
My wife developed a severe lifelong neurologic illness. Someone in this office in conjunction with an accomplice “froze” our account. I say stole/embezzled but I don’t know. I have contacted the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office, FBI, Tulsa police etc. I now have to meet with an attorney. Meanwhile my wife’s mental health and physical health (as well as mine) have suffered greatly. They are literally torturing her. It has to be criminal. I’m hoping the FBI can get to the bottom of it.
