Fidelity Home Associates was contracted to perform work on my elderly mother's home in NJ in order to secure a reverse mortgage. David M****** (Managing Partner) subcontracted the work to a local company. FHA (David M******) was paid from the proceeds of our loan at closing. He never paid the subcontractor $10,700. Efforts to contact him via the business, cell phone and e-mail have never been answered. Now we are faced with a mechanic's lien in the amount of $10,700. DO NOT TRUST FHA.
