When it comes to this company, I honestly don’t know where to begin. I cannot recommend them at all. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization is shocking. As an employee, I was repeatedly sent into cases without the essential resources or information. The lack of depth in the information provided is concerning. Terrific agency, friendly, responsive, reasonable. Only needed them a short time post surgery but we had a terrific aide it was a huge help

Ericka Sailman from Fidelity Home Care of PA Is very disrespectful she doesn’t know how to talk to people and when you don’t give her what she wants she acts like a 2 year old child. And throws herself a tantrum. she doesn’t give you a chance to explain she makes the rules and you can’t say nothing. I need her to get some help. Spoke with Erika and she was so kind and understanding of my family’s situation. She sent an angel to care for my parents. We didn’t use this service for very long because we knew that the best solution was to put mom in a memory care facility. I do highly recommend this service though. They are very quick to act, their prices are very fair and their staff is amazing. Thank you for all of your help!
