I’ve been dealing with Fidelity for 20+ years now. It wasn’t until the past year that I noticed a problem. Fidelity collects copayments before submitting claim to insurance. My EOB statement details submitted charges, what insurance paid and what I paid. I end up overpaying yet Fidelity does not credit my account or reimburse the overpayment. They pocket the difference. If it were possible to submit with zero stars, it would be better. This company is a giant warehouse that has put cubicles in the corner with an outer door. All of the employees that are for insurance help are in open air cubicles that allow you the hear every insurance HIPPA violation being transacted. Any attempt to communicate with them is through a bank- vault style opening that hinders any real communication. i cant even say anything GOOD about this company. The customer service is AWFUL, trying to get ahold of someone is even WORSE. I have had 2 missed SCHEDULED visits NO call NO show, the supervisor pretty took the nurses word over MINE. Only put a star because i cant leave it BLANK!

New customer here. Started using a cpap machine. Having trouble using it. Ordered a product for it that sales suggested. I am on a time table with my insurance where if I do not comply I have to pay for everything. Ordered on Tuesday, told I would have Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. Called Thursday, end of day, was told they did not have it, was dropped ship from some place else. Could not tell me when I might get it. No information about it. voicemail stated that it would only be 2 hours before call back it took four hours the product inquired about was half the price on amazon than was quoted with the insurance coverage. Why have insurance?
