I can't believe this is happening again, I got an email that I could return as a pain patient and I did love my doctor so I wanted to take this offer. I left my last pain management to go back to fidelity and after 5 months I got a letter in the mail that they have no providers at this time 🤔🤔 so here I am having to place myself again with a new pain management and after 17 yrs dealing with all my pain and surgeries and health I will have a laps in medication to go threw the whole new patient proses THIS IS THE MOST DREA... read more
