This agency was put in touch with me through the VA from which my father receives a home care services benefit. They are on the approved VA list. Albeit a little late, I felt it is important to let people know that the aide they sent over in Jan/Feb of this year first of all showed up an hour late to start on her first day. And then on the second day, never showed and then called from the airport she would be late because she was 'picking someone up'. The intake person was uncaring and had an attitude so we swiftly moved on.... read more
