The gentleman that came to my house was extremely nice. Very respectful of my property and myself. I was impressed got the report the next day as promised.
They came highly recommended and now I know why. I have a short inspection period and they were able to come on short notice. It's my first home purchase so I'm a little nervous and can't afford to buy a " money pit" - Tim & Rob both took the time to explain things and answer my questions. The inspector showed up on time, was very professional. Explained what he would be looking for. He was very thorough, crawled under the house and up on the attic as well as the roof. The inspection report was received the next business day just like they said it would. It was very detailed and highlighted any items that were of concern. I would use them again and recommend them to any friends.
