Our new Highpointe Pulte home in South Stuart, Fl m, was inspected by Ben Jones 12/9/25 pre closing. Debra Forman took payment, sent report. Charged $600. HVAV advertised as included. Ben Jones, inspector, said he hadn't attic access. However, after water pooling on window sills new Pulte home just hired Divinity Inspections, and Jennifer had garage access to attic easily with ladder where she found insulation blocking soffit vents, damaged HVAC ducts (openings, twisting etc. ), moisture, organic growth. Debbie was such a pleasure to work with & Ben was extremely thorough. I only had a 7 day inspection period. Debbie immediately scheduled the inspection & Ben ensured the report was available the same day. What a breath of fresh air they were during such a hectic process of purchasing a new commercial building. SUPER grateful for them!! ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***

Very satisfied.. the operator who coordinates everything is very nice. Inspector did a very thorough job and I called him on his cell many times with questions and he was kind and knowledgeable! I presented the report to the builder ( new home) and they are addressing the items. I suggest all new builds get an inspection prior to settlement. I highly recommend Fidelity inspection
I used Fidelity to do a Wind Mitigation report on my newly constructed home. They responded quickly and I had my report emailed to me the next day. Used the report to obtain property insurance. Great company to work with.
