This review is strictly based on rink staff alone, specifically 2 who are clearly incapable of providing appropriate customer service. The "manager" on duty needs some serious customer service training and a better skill set when public facing. His lack of clarity and control would explain why his younger staff believed the best initial reaction to a patron was to challenge their truth, rather than say, I'm sorry you experienced that, let me see how I can fix that for you.
