Fidelity is an excellent auto transport company. I've got my car delivered at the set schedule without any major issues. I also like how they keep me updated about the status of my car every once in a while.
They are very responsive on my emails and messages. The staffs are very knowledgeable about the process of my auto shipping, too. I must also say they are very approchable and friendly.
The delivery of my car went okay. I didn’t sweat out a bit. Everyone in the delivery crew was very hands-on, accomodating me in every little concern I can possibly have.
Fidelity's auto shipping service is satisfactory. Aside from the fact that it offers services at affordable fees, it's also fairly reliable. While waiting for my delivery, I felt secure, knowing that my car will reach me without any issues.

Очень странная компания. Страница образована в 2013 году. а бурная деятельность началась только сейчас. Представляют квоты на доставку автомобилей которые в 4 раза меньше действующих на рынке сейчас. На сайте компании выглядит конечно все красиво, но по факту мне кажется фейк.
Fidelity answers your phone call for payments & quotes immediately. After they have their $150 broker fee, they must screen their calls because they won't pick up for 24 hours, or you always get sent to voicemail. Then they will say their phone systems were down. Maybe they will find you a driver too, but they lie through their teeth to drivers in order to get your vehicle picked up. Then you'll get angry phone calls from the driver because they think you lied to the broker about the vehicle. Fidelity sucks, they are a shit ... read more
