The worst service, since 01/13/2017 they haven't fixed my refrigerator, they are not even capable to give a diagnosis to AHS they just said that I have to wait and wait. AHS can not send me another company because they have to wait on their diagnosis, it's rediculous!!!
My warranty company sent Fidelity Appliances Service Team to us to fix our washer. Initially the tech fixed the original problem and it took couple week because he didn't have the part. After he fixed the problem on his second visit, in less than a week the machine started making very loud sound. We asked them to come back and check but it took two weeks. The worst used them through home warranty . They came out6x to fix my frig. They did not fix it and were very rude. I believe they are a family owned business running a scam to charge the home warranty company each time they come out. The absolute most worst customer service and repair crew
