I lived at Fidelis when they first opened, 2 years management changed so much over the years.I’ve lived there paid my rent always early. Come to find out they extended my lease 2 additional days which I had to pay additional charges summing up to almost 300 dollars people smoking everywhere, dog crap, trash all outside of peoples doors when it’s not supposed to be. Let’s not talk about parking I hope you find a spot. Take it from me do not move there. Happy renting!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I'm currently seeking Legal counsel!!! The management is terrible, and the corporate office is even worse. They ignore your calls and show no respect for tenants. They constantly tack on hidden charges or impose fees for ridiculous reasons. Meanwhile, many things in the apartment remain broken. I was moved into a filthy unit this past August, and my door fixture still hasn’t been repaired.
