My family and I have been living at Fidelis for the last 6 months after moving from our home state of Georgia. Initially, we were content living here, however, that has changed. Editing my review to 1 star- Be aware of poor customer service post move out. They said we moved out 2 days after our lease ended, when we left more than 2 weeks before. We paid our final rent bill on the 1st of the month when it was due, but then I received a collection notice stating we owed money to them for staying longer than the validity of our lease.
