My family and I have been living at Fidelis for the last 6 months after moving from our home state of Georgia. Initially, we were content living here, however, that has changed. For the last several weeks we have been dealing with German cockroaches outside and inside our apartment. They are everywhere. At night we see them scurrying in the breezeway, on our windows, balcony floor, and now, kitchen. German cockroaches are the worst of the worst when it comes to roaches. During our first month living at this property, a snake appeared at our front door. We immediately sought help from the office, but the manager stated it was not their responsibility and refused to assist. We were forced to pay out of pocket to have the snake removed, despite it being a potentially life threatening situation. The lack of concern was alarming.
