WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! I’ve been living at Fidelis Apartments for less than three months, and I already regret my decision. Nearly $300 was taken from me, and despite my efforts, they refused to return it. Now I’m forced to hire a lawyer and go to court just to recover my money. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!! I am in the process of moving to a new home and I have found out that Fidelis has put on my credit that I extended my lease 2 days beyond the date on the lease and has charged me for that as well as a $200 water bill. I DID NOT extend my lease.
