I wanted this review to be fair and factual. Since moving in mid-March, I’ve submitted 13–14 maintenance requests, with issues starting immediately and continuing for months. 1. Do not rent from here. Even when you go in more than two months before your lease is up to ask how to give your notice, and they tell you they will email you something they will not. Then when you call to follow up because you never received an email you get told you can tell them verbally in the office. Then when you go into the office to talk about it, they come up with a paper that they supposedly put on your door that actually never showed up or was never there.
