Much better with the new management
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I'm currently seeking Legal counsel!!! The management is terrible, and the corporate office is even worse. They ignore your calls and show no respect for tenants. They constantly tack on hidden charges or impose fees for ridiculous reasons. Meanwhile, many things in the apartment remain broken. WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! I’ve been living at Fidelis Apartments for less than three months, and I already regret my decision. Nearly $300 was taken from me, and despite my efforts, they refused to return it. Now I’m forced to hire a lawyer and go to court just to recover my money. The maintenance team is unhelpful and barely communicates in English. When I moved in, the floors were filthy, so I had to clean them myself.
