Very slow to respond. Poor turnaround time. Poor communication. I have been trying to communicate to them for months about our taxes and account status. They have been and our currently blowing us off. If you are a small business do not use Fidelis Tax & Accounting. They will not make you a priority and just take your hard earned money.
