Kinda think this facility is pointless. It seems like you only could do certain things here. I had paperwork that had fidelis‘s name on it, but they couldn’t print it out or really help me. I had to drive to the next fidelis building, which is miles away to get service and get decent help which is kind of ridiculous cause I thought fidelis all work under one establishment, regardless of the department but I guess not so kinda pointless TO ME
I'm waiting around 1 hour and 5 minutes, but they are still not calling me.they are 5 people came late fron me, they already called except me I'm really upset, and I just got out from there I don't know what the problem is. Let me wait for a long time.
