First off, let me say! I've seen and heard some despicable things about Insurance Companies before... But, I think Fedelis Care takes the award for most despicable!!! I had BC-BS for years! No problems, never a issue! Moved out of the coverage range and into the hands of these incompassonate individuals! Kinda think this facility is pointless. It seems like you only could do certain things here. I had paperwork that had fidelis‘s name on it, but they couldn’t print it out or really help me. I had to drive to the next fidelis building, which is miles away to get service and get decent help which is kind of ridiculous cause I thought fidelis all work under one establishment, regardless of the department but I guess not so kinda pointless TO ME
