Customer service is absolutely horrible had me call a number to sit on hold for two hours for absolutely nothing your horrible absolutely horrible and your staff is slow in the head
Highly recommended Fidelis : I had to switch from Molina bc Molina did not want to cover my dental work, I needed a root canal & crown and they denied it. Dentist said I had to come out of pocket which was very expensive- I was notified of Fidelis and I switched immediately- and Fidelis approved the dental procedure with root canal & crown. Ty FIDELIS!!!! #1 I say.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIDELIS! I had to switch from Molina to fidelis bc Molina did not want to approve anything of my dental care procedures such as root canal and denied it. Once I got with fidelis they approved my root canal within days and all my dental work! Absolutely amazing! Ty FIDELIS!
Customer Service Representative By The Name Of Samantha Need To Be Fired. She Doesn’t Have A Pleasing Attitude And Asks For Your Social Security Number And Yells When You Do Not Want To Give It , I Am Contacting The Attorney General About This Matter
Fedelis as a whole is a joke and do not care to give the care needed for someone’s care no matter how important the situation is. I’ve been trying to get my emu stay approved since January with denial after denial despite my condition worsening and having 19 seizures recorded by eeg is not good enough for further care. Your health doesn’t matter to this company and it’s always about dollar signs. I’d rather spend my only dollar on an insurance that can give me PROPER care than to beg these people for some real help.
