I rented from this landlord for over 12 years. When my business closed and we had to move out, instead of understanding our situation, he charged us excessive fees and used our entire security deposit. None of the charges made sense, and it felt like they were just a way to avoid returning our money. After being a long-term tenant, this was extremely disappointing and unfair.

I visited one of the buildings in Newark. The owners (Fidelco Reality Group) have a policy of no electric kick scooter in the building which I find questionable. I doubt it applies for tenants. I was not screamed at but at the same time the experience was intimidating. The scooter was folded, powered off, and I was waiting for the tenant to get their food delivery from me. The security would not even let me wait in the lobby. All of this occurred in front of the tenant (employee). This occurred at 550 Broad Street in Newark.... read more
