I visited one of the buildings in Newark. The owners (Fidelco Reality Group) have a policy of no electric kick scooter in the building which I find questionable. I doubt it applies for tenants. I was not screamed at but at the same time the experience was intimidating. The scooter was folded, powered off, and I was waiting for the tenant to get their food delivery from me.
