Agree with Jessica and Danica. Based on our poor experience throughout the build process and now dealing with the nightmare developer-run HOA, we would not recommend doing business with this company. We have heard similar frustrations from most, if not all of our new neighbors.
BEWARE of this HOA! WE recently moved into this neighborhood, and unfortunately, our experience with the HOA has been nothing short of a nightmare. They impose countless unwritten rules that they expect you to follow, especially when it comes to making any improvements or development projects on your home.
