Managers do not ensure work is done on units. I've completed several maintenance reports for reports to no avail. The back spigot does not work. Back sliding door doesn't slide open. Shelves under kitchen sinks have collapsed from the water of the hurricane. Roaches that they have sprayed once. No manager on site. Always have to leave messages. Sometimes you might get a call back.
The property management is horrible. They make up crazy stories about tenants to try to self evict them just to move their friends in. They constantly harass, terrorize and bully tenants. They give wrongful lease violations left and right. They hesitate to fix maintenance issues but have no problem piling up on violations.
These people are not good at all I've had serious maintenance requests unfixed for going on two years, they raised my rent without notice, they have repeatedly acted in a discriminatory manner towards me. Not to mention they are now trying to evict me and my girlfriend with our two week old baby citing over capacity.
