Scam office with no way to get in contact with David Korn, all houses are slums and absolutely refuses to fix any issues going on with them. Avoid at all costs.
On Streeteasy, they always put fake information to lure tenants in. Would not recommend the sketch tactic they're using. Goose property said they had forwarded my requests and messages to the "owner" /broker, which is Fiddler. They NEVER got back to me. Very unprofessional, which is not a surprise in the real estate industry. Stay away from these people that's working with goose property management, tons of sketch things/developments that gets overlooked because they work with some person who works for the city.
