I went to Fidda & Katina for a ring resize. The quality of service was impressive! I really appreciated the clear communication regarding the process, timeframe and cost. The ring was coated to help protect it, polished and cleaned as well so it looked brand new. I am so happy with the ring. I would recommend them if you're after an honest and fair priced service. I used Fidda & Katina to gold plate some silver jewellery pieces I made. Arda was incredibly helpful and lovey to work with. The turn around time was very quick and I was so happy with the finished result. Looking forward to getting more of my work plated with them in the future

Communication was great and process was seamless. I initially thought the quotation was expensive for necklace chain to be re-attached to solitaire but after receiving my repaired necklace it looks brand new and had been rhodium polished. Cost is definitely justified and really happy with the repaired product.
