Kalie is a fantastic realtor. From the moment we chose her she worked very hard, listened to what we really wanted, and didn’t expect us to compromise on our future home. Throughout the experience she was patient, kind, and so very helpful. She always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed in a home. Kim provided excellent service and direction in every aspect of our home buying experience! We were tenants for over 2 years in an upper-end neighborhood close to robins AFB (4033 Coosa Dr). We always paid rent on time or early. Fickling has been horrible to deal with. We have had multiple maintenance issues which always took multiple calls and weeks to get things repaired. We moved out 2 weeks ago, and it has taken them multiple calls to finally get a move out inspection. They claimed they didn’t have the keys which were returned to them by the cleaners.
