Mila did an incredible job on my wedding dress! So many other wedding alteration shops have crazy long wait lists and Mila got me in right away (about 2 months before my wedding). She was so responsive and worked with my schedule for my alteration appointments. I think I came for about 4 total try-ons and I had a very complicated dress to alter with very intricate material. I went to see Mila a few days ago and had the worst experience in the end. I will say that Mila was recommended to me by another alterations place that was fully booked. My initial phone calls & in-person appointment started out great... but quickly went all bad. I called ahead and made my appointment and asked to bring my main wedding dress & 2nd dress in and she was so welcoming and kind. Mila was wonderful! After having my dress rip, she saved the day and stayed late one night to help me have my wedding dress perfectly put back together for my big day. It fit amazing. Grateful for that!
