I did my research before choosing a roofing contractor. (6-7 estimates) I got a new roof plus gutters and downspouts. Let me save you some time....go with Fichtner!! I'll explain why. After having my roof and gutters replaced by Fichtner, I quickly realized I made the right choice. The work was extremely efficient and looks fantastic. Jan was my on-sight supervisor and he was great. Made me feel like he was personally interested in me being happy with the work being done. My sales associate, Mike Bafford was also fantastic. I am very satisfied with the roof and gutter replacement and have recommended Fichtner Services to my neighbor for the same type of replacement.

Fichtner Services put a new roof on our house. From the outset we were very happy with their service. Everyone, including Chris who gave us the estimate, Jan and Ray the job supervisors and the entire crew, was very professional and always on time. THAT is very rare these days. The job was completed in the time they said it would be and they did any excellent job cleaning up every day. We highly recommend Fichtner Services and have already referred a neighbor to them!
The work involved recoating a 100-year-old metal roof. Extremely professionally done, product quality was exceptional. There were two small glitches during the course of the project, which the staff addressed courteously and expeditiously. This is the second time we've used Fichtner Services and both times have been a pleasure. They didn't try to sell me things I did not need (as another company swore I did), their prices were great, and everyone with whom I spoke was friendly. They replaced a section of my gutters to my complete satisfaction! I will use them again!
This is the second time we've used them and both times have been great. This time around, they replaced a section of gutters on the back of the house. They didn't try to sell me things I did not need ( as another company insisted upon), their prices were more than fair, and everyone with whom I spoke was friendly yet professional. The work was done quickly, and best of all, I didn't even need to take off time at work! We will definitely use them again!
Fichtner installed the roof on our house over 10 years ago and we have used them several times since for maintenance and weather-related roof repair. The work crews are always professional, dedicated and conscientious. Many have worked for the company for a number of years. Meghan and Stacie are always helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend Fichtner for roofing issues.
Everyone was very friendly& professional .Left me my weathervane as I asked,. Stacy was very /helpful.Cleaned up all the debride.I would certainly recommend them.
