Tonya just takes charge . Is thorough, gentle and does an excellent job.
Cannot speak more highly about Carrie McDougal and her staff! They are professional, but also friendly and kind. Their staff is always punctual with initiating your appointment during all procedures. They check in with you multiple times to make sure you are comfortable and understand what is happening. Even though they no longer par with my insurance I continue to go to them because they’re worth paying the extra to see
I had some work on my 2 front teeth a year ago and one of them got a chip in it and they glady repaired it at no cost.They are very professional and friendly there.
Money hungry, I went to another dentist today for a second opinion (they were a bit dumbfounded when I told them all what this place wanted to do)- and this place just wants to do extra work that costs more money. They recommended me keeping a wisdom tooth is growing sideways for an anchor when it’s not even popped through. For reference my consultation appointment took TWO hours of my day at Mcdougal whereas my new dentist took one hour.
Dr McDougal and her team are just the best. They do amazing work, and I always feel like my concerns are listened to and taken seriously. And they always operate with care and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone!
