A patient who lost a ridiculous civil jury lawsuit against Dr. Marshal Fichman is posting these to get revenge because she lost 12-0 trying to win $7.5 million but an educated jury pool found Dr. Fichman MD , not guilty,!! even after he passed away last year she still try to sue the family. What an evil person!
Absolutely abysmal doctor and staff. It's not just the mistake and unprofessionalism, it's the "I don't really care" attitude. They scheduled me on the day they stopped carrying my insurance. So I waited almost a month for this appointment and then don't find out until the day of. And the women on the phone, could care less, and told me so. This doctor needs to retire. His efforts are subpar and so is the offices, and in the end it literally hurts people. AVOID this doctor unless you honestly have no other option.
Actually, after the 1st visit, he became increasingly arrogant, very pretentious & condescending. Extremely out of touch with modern times & no help at all. I found a new doctor who is helping a little. However, they're pretty much all the same, money hungry prescription drug pushers for greedy pharmaceutical corporations.
Highly recommended.
He was in nice, so far after my 1st visit.
