We sent our riding mower to get the engine repaired since it was burning oil. Turns out the engine needed a new gasket. They charged quite a bit for delivery and when they returned it "fixed", the steering wheel was loose. We told them that this a new problem that wasn't there before. They took the mower back but then told us they were going to charge us for the repair and another delivery charge. This was absurd since they broke it to begin with. Was just in for a part for my Stihl string trimmer. In and out in lest than 5 minutes with the new part installed. Great products and service. Glad they remained after Andersons closed.
